The first number indicates the number of bedrooms, the second – the number of living rooms.
0+1 Normal studio, where the living room and kitchen are combined. The area from 35 to 65 sq.m.
1+1 Two-bedroom apartment, where there is one bedroom and a combined American-style kitchen and living room. The area of 50 to 75 square meters.
2+1 Three bedroom apartment with two separate bedrooms and one living room, with American kitchen or separate kitchen. Area 65 – 120 sq.m.
3+1 Four-room apartment with three separate bedrooms
and living room. Area from 100 sq.m.
As well as duplex apartments. The bedrooms and living room are located on two floors.
